Requirements
Participants are to provide 3 or more images showcasing Leather
Album Designs products with their photographs displayed within.
In addition, please provide 12 images from your portfolio for
showcasing as well. If applicable, a company web address is recommended.
Image Requirements
Images must be Jpeg Format at 500 X 375 pixels. Each photo must
not exceed 70kb in size. Include an additional image of yourself
in B/W for the biography section.
Biography Requirements
Provide a bio of yourself and your craft. It must not exceed 200
words and be created as a Microsoft Word document.

Exposure
Your one month feature will be displayed in the Featured Photographer
icon on the front page, the Featured Photographer page located
in the Photographers section, as well as in the Bride section
under Featured Photographer. This gives hundreds of brides in
your area access to your profile and work. Research conducted
by LMG Media Corp. suggests that 60% of current daily interactive
traffic is bride and groom based. Therefore we wish to use this
to our photographer’s advantage in every possible way. It
is the goal of the organizers (Leather Album Designs, LMG Media
Corp.) to promote “professional photographers” with
varying skill levels and experience that comply with the terms
as seen above in the Eligibility section. If you are a professional
photographer and are eligible to submit an entry subject to the
terms of Eligibility, please submit today. We look forward to

Conditions
THERE ARE NO CASH PRIZES OR PRIZES
OF ANY KIND IN CONJUNCTION WITH THIS CONTEST. By entering the
Contest, all entrants agree as follows: (i) that the Sponsor shall
have right to publish, display, modify, edit or otherwise use
the submission in whole or in part on the Website and/or for advertising
or promoting the Contest or for any other reason; (ii) to the
use of their name, statements about the contest and/or photograph
or other likeness without further compensation, in any publicity
or advertisement carried out by the Sponsor in any manner whatsoever,
including print, broadcast or the Internet; and (iii) to release
and hold harmless the Sponsor and its advertising and promotion
agencies, the contest judges and each of their respective agents,
employees, directors, successors, and assigns, against any and
all claims, injury or damage arising out of or in relating to
participation in the Contest, and further against any claims based
on publicity rights, defamation, invasion of privacy, copyright
infringement, trade-mark infringement or any other intellectual
property related cause of action.
Without limitation, the Sponsor, its advertising and promotion
agencies and the contest judges will not be liable for any failure
of the website during the Contest; for any technical malfunction
or other problems relating to the telephone network or lines,
computer on-line systems, servers, access providers, computer
equipment or software; for the failure of any entry to be received
by the Sponsor, its advertising and promotion agencies or the
contest judges for any reason including, but not limited to, technical
problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site;
or any combination of the above. Further, the Sponsor, its advertising
and promotion agencies and the contest judges will not be liable
for any injury or damage to an entrant’s or any other person’s
computer related to or resulting from participating or downloading
or uploading any material in the Contest.
The Sponsor, its advertising and promotion agencies reserves the
right to withdraw or amend this contest in any way, in the event
of an error, technical problem, computer virus, bugs, tampering,
unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failure or any other
cause beyond the reasonable control of the Sponsor that interferes
with the proper conduct of the Contest as contemplated by these
Official Rules. Any attempt to deliberately damage any website
or to undermine the legitimate operation of this Contest is a
violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt
be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek remedies and damages
to the fullest extent permitted by law.
The decisions of the contest judges with respect to all aspects
of this contest are final and binding on all entrants without
right of appeal. By submitting the entrant agrees that the submission
complies with all conditions stated in these Rules. The Sponsor
and those associated with them will bear no legal liability, expressed
or implied, regarding the use of the submission by the Sponsor
and those associated and SHALL BE HELD HARMLESS BY AN ENTRANT
IN THE EVENT IT IS SUBSEQUENTLY DISCOVERED THAT THE ENTRANT HAS
DEPARTED FROM OR NOT FULLY COMPLIED WITH ANY OF THE RULES.
In the event of a dispute, online entries will be deemed to have
been submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address
submitted at the time of entry. “Authorized account holder”
is defined as the person who is assigned an email address by an
internet provider, online service provider, or other organization
(e.g. business, educational institute, etc.) that is responsible
for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the
submitted email address. If the identity of an online entrant
is disputed, the authorized account holder associated with the
email account at the time of entry will be deemed to be the entrant.
A selected entrant may be required to provide proof that he/she
is the authorized account holder of the email address associated
with the selected entry name. The sole determinant of the time
for the purposes of a valid online entry in this contest will
be the contest server machine(s).
The Sponsor and those associated reserves the right to cancel
or suspend this contest in the event of any accident, printing,
administrative, or other error or any kind without prior notice
or obligation.
